We would like to inform you that The Exhibition Organizing Committee has extended the deadline for submitting applications for exhibition exhibits and related deadlines.
The following dates are currently valid:
- Submission of exhibit applications: by 15 October 2026
- Notification of acceptance / rejection of exhibits: by 15 December 2026
- Payment of exhibition fee: by 31 January 2027
- Update of the title page and synopsis: by 31 March 2027
- Delivery of literature exhibits to the organising committee: by 30 April 2027
