The following dates are currently valid: Submission of exhibit applications: by 15 October 2026 Notification of acceptance / rejection of exhibits: by 15 December 2026 Payment of exhibition fee: by 31 January 2027 Update of the title page and synopsis: by 31 March 2027 Delivery of literature exhibits to the organising committee: by 30 April 2027

Nominations of National Commissioners as of June 29, 2026
We are pleased to have received and processed two additional nominations for National Commissioners from Pakistan and New Zealand. As of June 29, 2026, we have 61 nominations.
Volunteers registration is open
Volunteers will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the World Stamp Exhibition SLOVPHILEX 2027, especially in the logistics of the exhibition and the activities organized during it – welcoming guests, providing information to visitors, assistance with the installation/deinstallation of exhibition frames and exhibition exhibits, assistance in organizing seminars, etc. No previous experience is required to perform this volunteering activity – all you need is a willingness to help and friendly approach. Volunteering at this exhibition is a unique opportunity to get to know the fascinating world of philately, postal history and picture postcards, to meet collectors and experts dealing with these areas of collecting, and at the same time to be in contact with people from all over the world. Final National Commissioner Nominations as of May 31, 2026
As of May 31, 2026 (final date for applications), national commissioners from 59 countries, including Slovakia, have been nominated (see final list). Nominations are still subject to FIP approval.
SLOVPHILEX 2027 Bulletin No.1 released
Bulletin No.1 for the exhibition was published and distributed to all currently registered national associations (54 associations as of April 27, 2026).
